GI CLASSES

GB1: The GB¹ Program teaches basic principles of effective fighting. Its structure condenses into fundamental core moves combined intelligently and safely to optimize your learning.


GB2: The GB² Program is built on high-level techniques and drills that start shaping the student’s game flow through the development of reflexes, speed, reaction time, and transitions between one method and another.

NOGI CLASSES

With the evolution of Jiu-Jitsu, our Nogi classes cover different concepts on how to control your opponent with a variety of grips, along with submissions and takedowns. Nogi is a great way to improve your grappling skills.

COMPETITION CLASSES

The competition classes are the ultimate level of training and focus on challenging each student to consolidate their Jiu-Jitsu game and achieve their personal best. Here we add speed, pressure, and power, exercising full resistance.
